Mr. Fritz provides leadership and vision for developing internal and external processes to support franchisee and national store business. With over 30 years in the automotive industry, Mr. Fritz spent two decades with CarMax, a Fortune 500 company and the nation’s largest used-car retailer, where he was responsible for the company’s project launches and training facilitations. With an emphasis on process improvement, field audit, associate engagement, and new business, he spearheaded the grand openings of Las Vegas, NV, Greensboro, NC, and Live Oak, TX. Marty started his career at National Tire & Battery (formerly National Tire Warehouse), where he established a company-wide commercial sales program for wholesale distributors and automotive dealerships.
